I think I’ve made it clear I’ve got a thing for doughy, sugary goodies and mini doughnuts are no exception. You know the warm, cinnamon sugar covered kind you can find at fairs and festivals? I just cannot say no. So when I heard Crave Cupcakes made a mini doughnut cupcake I just had to try.
It was every bit as good as I imagined and tasted well, just like a mini doughnut which is exactly what I was hoping for. Light, fluffy inside and the perfect dusting of cinnamon sugar to top it all off. YU-UM.
I can thank my fav foodie friend, Dajana for introducing me to Crave Cupcakes. As a former Calgarian she raved about their sweets, so when they finally made their way to Edmonton I knew we were in for a treat. Their cupcakes are light and not too sweet or heavy like some others I’ve had. I couldn’t think of a better person to meet me at the bakery for some sweet indulgence, thanks D!
