    Great recipe, i made this for a dog wedding cake. The recipe I used the day before, the end result was very disappointing. Whipped up this version this morning and it was a hit with all the dogs. Nice height and texture and stable enough for 3 layers of cake. The frosting I used mashed potatoes and Greek yogurt so I could pipe some decoration.
