Stock Up and Save with the Kroger Buy 5 Save $5 Event (Plus a Giveaway!)

Kroger

Ever since the new Kroger Marketplace opened here in town, I pretty much do all my shopping there.  I love that they have a large health food section and a great selection of organic produce.  If you love shopping at Kroger as much as I do, I want to give you a heads up about a great savings event Kroger is going to be holding starting in a couple of weeks.  Fill up your cart and save with the General Mills products you love at the Kroger Buy 5 – Save $5 Event!

From October 14th through October 24th, 2012  each time you buy 5 participating General Mills products (in one shopping trip), you will receive a coupon for $5 off your next shopping order.  The coupon will be printed when you check out.  If you do most of your grocery shopping at Kroger, that could add up to huge savings!  With the economy showing little improvement, we can all use a little help with our food budgets, right?

The participating General Mills products include Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Betty Crocker Cake and Brownie Mixes, Hamburger Helper, Totino’s Party Pizza, and Yoplait, among others.   We have a large family, so I can foresee us easily earning a couple of those coupons each shopping trip!  I will definitely put the $5 coupons I earn towards milk.  My kids are drinking a ton of it lately!

If you don’t have a Kroger near you, don’t worry!  The promotion is also valid in other stores from the Kroger family - Ralphs, King Scoopers, City Market, Dillons, Smith’s, Fry’s, QFC, Baker’s, Owen’s, Jay C Food Stores, Hilander, Gerbes, Fred Meyer, Pay Less Supermarkets and Scott’s Food & Pharmacy.  The promotion may vary by location, so be sure to check your store of details.

To stay informed about the latest promotions, be sure to follow Kroger and General Mills.

To help spread the word about this wonderful Kroger Buy 5 Save $5 promotion, one A Heart Full of Love reader is going to win a $25 Kroger gift card!  Entry is easy through the Rafflecopter form below.
