I love crafting for all sorts of holidays and special occasions. With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, I wanted to create a little something to hang off my porch. So I came up with a quick and easy Shamrock Wind Spinner made from plastic canvas. You can probably complete it in a weekend or in a couple of nights. So if you hurry, you might be able to get one done by St. Patrick’s Day.
This pattern doesn’t require any specialty stitches, so it is a good pattern for beginners or kids. It just requires 1 sheet of 7 count canvas and (3) 9 inch plastic canvas circles. If you like to craft with plastic canvas, you probably have everything you need to make the wind spinner already in your craft supplies.

I host my patterns on Squidoo because I like how easy it is to format the pattern and get it looking just how I want it. Also Squidoo earns me a little bit of residual income each month on all my lenses. When you are a work at home mom, every little bit counts!
