Basic Green Smoothie Recipe – Drink Your Salads!

I simply love starting my day with a green smoothie.  Not only are they are wonderful way to get the vitamins and minerals sorely lacking in the standard American diet, but they taste amazing too.  My kids are among the pickiest eaters ever, and even they will drink a green smoothie and ask for seconds.   I believe they can be a valuable addition to anyone’s diet.
